Well, Madam Speaker, I am not technically qualified to address that issue as to what's required with respect to the collapsing of the embankment. It's my understanding that the department has made its best effort to provide adequate launching and docking facilities for these Prosperous Lake people who utilize boats in that area. With respect to -- and I know it's a serious issue and I'm treating it seriously -- the embankment collapsing, it's my understanding that when the water rises again, the embankment will be under water and will be A-okay.
