Thank you, Madam Speaker. My question is to the Minister of Culture and Employment, further on defining special needs students. Madam Speaker, I understand that in attempting to categorize students with special needs for the purposes of budgeting, those students requiring the most support were referred to as "level I needs." However, Madam Speaker, I understand the use of that term has now been discontinued. My question to the Minister is, could he explain why the department no longer uses this method of categorization.
