The rates for children are almost the same as adults. This has been an ongoing concern of my communities for a long time now and it is not acceptable to some of my communities. A lot of people in the communities do not have much money.

Low prices for carvings, among other things, mean they don't have the means of earning money in the communities. Madam Speaker, I urge the government to look for a solution to this problem.
