Admittedly, in certain communities where there is a proliferation of Hondas or Yamahas, then the purchasing agent does buy that type of equipment. We do endeavour to buy Canadian, obviously. With regard to the family group home in Pangnirtung, information we were supplied in the Standing Committee on Finance indicates that this family group home will be fully occupied as soon as it is completed. Is it normal practice for the department to build facilities that will be full as soon as they are built, with no room for expansion?
