What is the total financial contribution from this government and, specifically, from the Department of MACA in relation to the Arctic Winter Games, this includes the AWG trials:

a)1990 - actual;

b)1992 - actual;

c)1994 - actual;

d)1996 - estimated; and,

e)1998 - estimated.
