Thank you, Madam Speaker. I doubt very much if these credits are on anybody's books. This program deals with individual clients, because different clients have paid different rents, some haven't paid rents, it depends on the condition of the unit. I understand that one-third of the rents, up to 50 per cent of the purchase price I believe it is, is allocated to the client when he requests to purchase the unit. Then there is also a deficiency list of problems with the unit and that's how the client can purchase the unit. Thank you.
