To me that doesn't make sense because you know the number of units and obviously because of the housing shortages across the north, you have to assume that most of these units are occupied. If they are paying rent, they would accumulate a credit. So my question is why is this not being recorded because it is an asset to an individual. They are accumulating credits towards eventual home ownership. So why hasn't this been recorded?
