Mr. Chairman, I had my hand up before you started out on the clauses. But nevertheless, I just want to make a comment before we get into the detail of the bill.

Mr. Chairman, our Standing Committee on Finance, in their report, made reference to the reorganization of the department's structural reorganization. I was going to get into that whole area, but because Members are tired and I know they want to go home for the long weekend, I didn't pursue that. But just to advise the Minister, next week when we start the next session, I'll be pursuing it further.
