Mr. Chairman, when we made a decision to advance Mr. Morin $17 million to take, or partially take, the place of federal funds that had been withdrawn from us, it was on the understanding that if there was anything forthcoming from Ottawa, it would be paid back against that $17 million.

In the meantime, Mr. Morin will be reporting back to FMB and Cabinet shortly on the strings that the federal government has attached to that $9 million, and I believe there are some strings. So, at the present time, Mr. Morin is trying to get more details. He then will be discussing it, or his department will be discussing it, with Mr. Voytilla and we will make some decisions from there, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.
