Up until today, Madam Speaker, my constituents are still not aware of what kind of increases the corporation will be proposing. A lot of my constituents have raised concerns regarding this issue. We all know we are in severe shortage of funding for social housing. How will the people who are living in social housing be affected? How much of an increase will this be? Thank you.
