I would like to call the House back to order. For the record, I will read a motion that has been made.
I move that the Department of Municipal and Community Affairs consider amending their five-year capital plan to enable the planning for the community arena in Rae Lakes to begin in fiscal year 1995-96, with completion in the fiscal year 1996-97.
