Madam Speaker, the consultant's report prepared by Tompkins, which the Member is referring to, has been incorporated into the document which was tabled. What has been taken out of that report are the confidential comments that were in the initial report. Madam Speaker, because of its confidential, sensitive nature and the implications to individuals who provided sometimes very personal observations, the initial report will not be available.
