Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I have a question I would like to direct to the Minister of Transportation. Yesterday in the House, the Honourable Mr. Todd made a Minister's statement about Arctic airport transfers. He says he is very optimistic that it is going to happen soon. But, a couple of questions arose from this statement. I appreciate his optimism for the airport transfer, but I would like
to know what would happen if negotiations broke down.
