Earlier in this session, in March, I reminded the Minister of Education that there were several children in the city with special needs who were not getting the attention that they should get, and the board, especially the public school board, had quite a large deficit. In fact, under the Education Act, the Minister is made responsible for providing for special needs children.

At that time, Madam Speaker, he told me that Social Services and the Department of Health and his department had set up a tripartite committee, and this issue would be resolved by school opening this fall. It's now into November, so I would like to ask the Minister has this issue been resolved as he had promised last March?
