People who are leasing office space to us will get paid the base rent and for all the operations and maintenance, the prepayments will be adjusted annually according to the Canadian consumer price index. If there is any change in cost, for example if the price of power or fuel go up higher than that, then those leases will be paid anyway. That is how the leases are drawn up. This is just a holding figure they get paid annually. That's all it is.
