Mr. Chairman, I did speak to the Standing Committee on Legislation and indicate to them that discussions are under way between Transportation and Justice in terms of what is expected, particularly the justices of the peace. I am told that there are three or four appeals a year. It isn't a large amount. If there was a difficult case, we have the ability to appoint a special adjudicator who would be able to handle that.
