I would also like to clarify, Madam Speaker, in his statement it says that the department hopes that they will not have to conduct investigations of fatalities which occur this winter because of a failure to take safety precautions. My understanding is that the coroner's office normally investigates fatalities within the Northwest Territories, so I would like to ask if the Minister could clarify whether both departments are involved.
