Madam Speaker, many aboriginal groups in the Northwest Territories, particularly in the west, signed treaties with the federal government over the past 100 years. Does the government of the Northwest Territories acknowledge and recognize the treaties between the aboriginal groups in the Northwest Territories and the federal government?
