Madam Speaker, earlier this year or, rather, in the latter part of 1993, Hydro Quebec provided a statement on the environmental impact of the proposed development in the Hudson Bay. We have looked at the statement and have argued that the study is inadequate and that it has to be rewritten and the study, itself, done more in-depth before the study can be taken seriously. This is the work we've done just before Christmas. We have directed our staff to keep abreast of the developments. There haven't been new things happening with regard to that in recent weeks.
