Madam Speaker, my recollection from one briefing I had is, for instance, in the area of caribou we don't go anywhere close to what we believe is an allowable harvest number. Most of the harvesting and taking of caribou is moderate. That is well below what we think is an allowable harvest. I think if there is a request to allow groups or communities to take a larger amount, particularly for commercial reasons, I don't know what the procedure is, but I think a request should be forwarded, perhaps, directly to the department and it will be directed to the appropriate office for response.
