I have a question for the Minister of Finance, based on the statement made in the budget address dated February 14. Can the Minister clarify what is meant by the statement made in the budget address, and I quote, "The government remains convinced that all individuals who are employed in the Northwest Territories must share in the tax burden. This tax is the most effective way we have to ensure that such sharing takes place." Mahsi.
