The department, in trying to address a number of problems that have existed over the years, by decentralizing its clinical team to regional centres so that they can be made available to the frontline workers in the communities and also involve and identify training needs at the local level. Once that is complete, I hope that we will have more trained workers looking after problems that arise at the community level.
