Madam Speaker, I believe in the last three years I've been in every community in the territories and have visited the power plant in each and every one of them. Certainly, since the take-over of the Power Corporation by the Northwest Territories, that has been one of the major areas that the corporation has tried to incorporate into the training of workers, the preventative measures that should be taken so that we don't get ourselves in these unusual circumstances.
