I will indicate to the honourable Member that those long-term investment issues are under consideration and discussion in the discussion paper, Towards a Strategy to the Year 2010, and they can certainly be considered. However, I do want to raise one point with the honourable Member. The concerns that you have raised are of special concern. I don't want to be critical of the honourable Member for Amittuq, but the honourable Member raised a concern more specifically about parents making a choice of sending their students outside of the territories for secondary schooling, and not for special situations like the honourable Member has raised.
