Thank you, Madam Speaker. That's right. A simple element of this is that some defence lawyers have historically provided the most opposition to it. I'll ask the question again. If the opposition is strong enough to prevent this initiative from happening on a national level, would our Minister offer the Northwest Territories as a jurisdiction where there could be a test run for how this could actually work?
