Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I think that, as the Premier said in his statement today, we are going to have to take a look at all options available to us to deal with making sure that services are provided to residents of the North, as economically as possible. We would be interested in seeing a proposal from the communities as to how they would see the program being delivered by them. The answer is yes, we will certainly take a look at any proposal the communities care to give us and if it proves to be economical and affordable, we would certainly be interested in pursuing it.
