I would like to ask the same Minister, what involvement has the federal government had in the development of the Minister of Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs' mandate and protocol respecting the involvement of our government in self-government negotiations between aboriginal groups and ourselves? Was there any involvement when the mandate was developed and approved by Cabinet? Thank you.
