Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. Mr. Speaker, there has been some concern expressed that BHP may have to shut down their exploration program in the very near future because their initial application to develop an all-weather exploration road was turned down by the RERC. Since the Government of the Northwest Territories participates on this review committee, can the Minister outline why their application was rejected?
