Thank you, Mr. Speaker. First of all we are just one party who sits on the RERC. EM&PR, Renewable Resources and Economic Development sit on that committee, as well as our federal counterparts. My understanding is that the initial application -- which, I understand has been

resubmitted -- was rejected due to some information deficiencies of the site-specific details. In other words, how would this road affect wildlife, the environment, et cetera. It is my understanding that BHP has reapplied and tried to address the deficiencies in the original application.
