Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, there is a provision in the act which allows the provinces to assume responsibility for the administration of the bill. If this bill is passed, Mr. Speaker, I would encourage our territorial government to ensure that the federal government provides the administration of this act in the Northwest Territories as we discover how truly costly this act will be.
