When I sat down individually with the different aboriginal groups in an effort to encourage them to come together under the canvas, as they say, there were some groups that indicated that would we be prepared to assist them in providing some financial assistance so they can prepare their case and evaluate where we were going with this accord, and that's what this money was partially for.
