Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I fundamentally believe that the marketing money should be in the hands of the private sector. It should not be left solely up to some bureaucrat in Yellowknife to determine how we're going to market the territories. It's our intention that once the review we're doing of zone associations is completed, should we be able to reach an appropriate arrangement east and west where we have two distinct zones which are running efficiently and are representative of the industry, I would make a commitment here and now to transfer the marketing dollars to those two zone associations so they can determine an appropriate marketing strategy that meets the needs of those in the tourist industry.
