Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the other concern in devolution negotiations is financial resources and the adequacy of resources. I understand that the resources spent by the federal Department of Justice on Crown prosecutors in the Northwest Territories have increased in recent years. I would like to ask the Minister, is he generally satisfied -- assuming we take over the whole prosecution function and all the PYs and budget -- that there would be sufficient resources in the base of the prosecution's activity in the Northwest Territories to do the job properly, should we succeed in getting the federal government to agree to devolve this authority?
