As far as the settlement capital assistance policy, it is my understanding that it will make the smaller communities eligible under the existing capital funding that the GNWT currently carries out. With respect to the specific details of how it will make it more equitable for these communities, I don't have that information available now, but I will provide it at the same time to the Members.
