Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The Member is correct, we were going to make every effort we could to assist the Arctic co-ops to provide them with some seed funding to look at the possibility of opening credit unions. The current status is -- of course, due to the fact that the EDA arrangement which I'm trying to find the funding from has arbitrarily been cut by 50 per cent and that is going to cause us some problems -- we're still actively pursuing other possible funding, alternative options, to assist the ACL in their ongoing effort to establish credit unions in the Northwest Territories.
