Mr. Speaker, I hope that the Member could be more clear and definitive on what areas he

feels that we might break the law. Within the resources we have -- and we are not only obligated to the resources under the official languages agreement -- the Government of the Northwest Territories does contribute to language development outside the official languages agreement with the federal government. So the only reference I was alluding to was that in writing the guidelines they take into consideration the responsibilities we have and how we can best apply the guidelines to make sure that we live up to those responsibilities.
