Mr. Speaker, I would also like to advise the House that in light of your ruling on March 27, 1995, Cabinet has agreed to modify the administrative procedures to ensure that in future all letters originating from Minister's offices that are tabled in the House will have actual signatures rather than being stamped indicating the original was signed by the Minister.
