Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have a question for the Minister of Housing. Mr. Speaker, the Minister made a statement the other day about the implementation of the new rent scale. I think it will take effect a few days from now on April 1st. I think his statement was that things were going relatively well but there is one concern that I would like to ask the Minister about that has arisen in my constituency. And that is, when you have a number of people responsible for paying rent in a household with, let's say, four incomes, has the Minister determined what will happen if, say, one of those individuals does not pay rent?
