A moment of your time. Mr. Speaker, regarding the rate review currently under way, we were required to do some additional community consultation at the request of some Members of the House. We did that recently. We're optimistic that this review will be completed in the not-too-distant future. I don't know the exact date at this time but there is certainly a real need to have more clearly defined the true costs of power, delivery of power to the communities and how we are going to go about charging it back to the consumer.
