Mr. Speaker, it sounds like we're outside the negotiating room when negotiations are taking place which could well affect the interests of potential Inuit fishermen in the Northwest Territories. Will the Minister undertake to actively promote and pursue the interests of the adjacent stakeholders in the turbot fishery during these negotiations and in the process that will take place in the coming year to allocate turbot licences within Canada?
