Polar bear biologists are usually situated here in Yellowknife, where there are no polar bears to manage. I am just wondering if he could relocate a biologist to an area where there are polar bears. Perhaps it would be better if a biologist would be situated in a community where he can work closely with the community about polar bear management. Thank you.
