Mr. Speaker, with regard to people in detached units and government housing, and encouraging individuals to go into the private market, I am not aware specifically of each individual and what their needs and requirements are. However, if the Member will recall from the statement, if there is a difficulty on the date that was set -- and there could be some valid reason that people cannot make arrangements, if we help them to make alternate arrangements or if they were not able to go to owners so they may make the deal directly with the owner -- we would consider those particular circumstances, Mr. Speaker.
