Thank you, Mr. Speaker, and I thank the honourable Member. Mr. Speaker, maybe this is a matter following up on Mr. Dent's former questions. Mr. Speaker, to the honourable Members and the Member of the House, I can advise that the Department of Education, Culture and Employment in cooperation with Human Resources Development Canada and the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce are currently organizing a student placement service. This service will be opened and will continue through August. Three students will be hired by the chamber of commerce to provide the service using funding provided by Human Resources Development Canada and the service will serve all employers, public and private sectors in addition to direct employment services of Education, Culture and Employment. The staff at the North Slave Career Centre will provide weekly seminars in various career development areas, whether or not they are interview techniques or job search, this cooperative approach will provide general services and students will be referred to specific employers where opportunities for employment exists, both private and the public sector.
