Mr. Speaker, I would like to table Tabled Document 87-12(7), the conference report from the first constitutional conference of the western NWT, it is entitled "Working Towards Consensus," and is published by the Constitutional Development Steering Committee. It is a record of the constitutional conference which was held January 18 to 22, 1995 here in Yellowknife.
