Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, we are dealing with Bill 20, Loan Authorization Act, 1995-96. The Standing Committee on Finance reviewed Bill 20 on April 5, 1995. Members discussed the bill and agreed that it should be moved into committee of the whole for further discussion and action. The standing committee appreciates the importance of this bill and providing financing for the NWT municipalities.
