Mr. Speaker, as I have indicated to the House on numerous occasions, we are attempting to not departmentalize the programs we have, but work in an approach where we can get the most for the dollars we have. Because of that issue and in terms of putting their resources together, the Minister of Justice has concluded that the same type of job that was done previously, regarding terminology development, could be done without the people who were terminated in his area of responsibility.
