Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Public Works and Services. Mr. Speaker, I've recently heard that the NWT Housing Corporation went to proposal to have the private sector take over a lease on a large copier. As part of the proposal, the Housing Corporation agreed to purchase a certain volume of copies in a specific period of time. My question for the Minister of Public Works and Services is whether or not this represents a shift in government policy, where the government will no longer be leasing copiers but will contract out production of copies.
