Mr. Speaker, I'm sure the Minister is aware of the fact that there was a commitment from the federal government when the Honourable David Marshall received an appointment on the judicial education group in Ottawa, that once he left that position, his position would be filled. So we have a prior commitment from the federal government. When does the Minister think he'll be able to get this on the agenda, because there is a real problem with the workload now for our Supreme Court judges? Thank you.
