Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I would like to recommend that the committee resume consideration of Committee Report 5-12(7) and call me optimistic, but perhaps we could get started on Committee Report 9-12(7). It we happen to finish that, we could even consider, perhaps, Committee Report 10-12(7) and Bill 32, in the hopes of getting finished before July.
