Thank you Mr. Speaker. I think it is important to point out that we just give directions to cabinet ministers in terms of targets. The Department of Finance and the FMB does not advise the individual ministers how to spend the money. I think the most direct way to deal with this would be that subject to approval by the Premier that we meet, as I have suggested with Mr. Krutko tomorrow, and some of these people in an effort to see where we can provide them with assistance to try to include this, perceive a real balance that he is talking about.
